Cedric Corera:
Mr. Corera received his Bachelors of Business in Accounting from Michigan State University as well as his Masters from Walsh College.

As President & CEO, Mr. Corera is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of Harvard Resource Solutions. Along with his responsibilities at Harvard Resource Solutions, Mr. Corera is also the CEO of Venator Holdings, LLC. Venator is a professional service search and staffing firm with three primary Divisions: Venator Finance, Venator Technical and Acteon Partners. Since Co-Founding Venator in 2002 Mr. Corera has spent much of his time developing each new business line that Venator has established in the last five years. Along with his two Co-Founders, Mr. Corera has been a key leader in establishing Venator as one of the fastest growing privately held professional staffing firms in the United States.

Prior to entering the recruiting profession Mr. Corera spent 6 years working in accounting for both a CPA firm as well as a large Fortune 500 company located in Michigan. Mr. Corera began his career in October 1996 as a recruiter for Ajilon Finance. He earned the prestigious Rookie of Year Award from this international firm during his first year as a recruiter. In addition, Mr. Corera received several awards for being a "Superstar" performer and was a member of the company's prestigious "Presidents Club." He progressed rapidly within the organization holding the position of Division Manager and finally Regional Director.

Erica Hunt:
As the Director of Harvard Resource Solutions, Erica is responsible for overseeing Harvard Resource Solutions’ clerical recruiting practice.  Along with a team of talented recruiters, Erica has built a reputation that is dedicated to quality outcomes for both job seekers and employers. Prior to joining Harvard Resource Solutions, Erica was instrumental in growing a start up clerical staffing firm into a multimillion dollar business over a period of 6 years.  Erica is actively involved in charitable activities including annual fundraising events to raise money for cancer research and support.
