Cedric Corera,
President & CEO

As President & CEO, Cedric is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of Harvard Resource Solutions.  Along with his responsibilities at Harvard, Cedric is also the CEO of Venteon Holdings, LLC.  Venteon is a professional service search, staffing and consulting firm with three primary Divisions: Venteon Finance, Venteon Technical and Venteon Partners.  Since co-founding Venteon in 2002, Cedric has spent much of his time developing each new business line that Venteon has established in the last several years. Along with his Co-Founder, Cedric has been a key leader in establishing Venteon as one of the fastest-growing privately held professional staffing and consulting firms in the United States.Prior to entering the recruiting profession, Cedric spent six years working in accounting for both a CPA firm as well as a large Fortune 500 company located in Michigan. Cedric began his career in October 1996 as a recruiter for Ajilon Finance. He earned the prestigious Rookie of Year Award from this international firm during his first year as a recruiter. In addition, Cedric received several awards for being a “Superstar” performer and was a member of the company’s prestigious “Presidents Club.”  He progressed rapidly within the organization, holding the position of Division Manager and finally Regional Director.

Cedric received his Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Michigan State University as well as his master’s from Walsh College.

Rachelle Winter,
Vice President of Human Resources

Rachelle is responsible for overseeing the back office operations of Venteon, including acting as a liaison with the contract employees regarding payroll, benefits administration, and general assignment questions. In addition to overseeing the administrative team, Rachelle reports directly to the CEO and COO to consistently provide the best service for Venteon’s internal and contract employees, and its customers.

Rachelle began her career in the industry as a recruiter working within the administrative staffing arena. She then went on to spend four years with a national recruiting firm, where she worked her way up to become a manager, recruiting and selling within their accounting and finance practice. Next, Rachelle worked for a local retained search firm for six years, supporting the back office functions for the CEO. After that she moved to Venteon, where she has been the recipient of the “President’s Award” for her outstanding dedication and service within the company.

Rachelle received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Human Resource Management, from Oakland University.

 

Roslyn Rice,
Director

As Director of Harvard Resource Solutions, Roslyn is responsible for the leadership of Harvard’s Detroit office Professional staffing division, managing contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire placements. This division is responsible for staffing in the areas of administrative support, executive support, call center/customer service, human resources, project coordination, marketing, data entry and front desk receptionists. Roslyn began her career in staffing over 15 years ago as an office coordinator for Accountants One. She fell in love with the recruiting profession and has staffed over the years for Accountants One and a large international staffing firm. Her experience includes high-volume recruiting for administrative, call center, human resources, accounting and light industrial.

Since being promoted to director, Roslyn has been successful in developing a strong recruiting and sales team to support the office professional division. Roslyn has also been one of the top producers within the company for the last several years.
