You want to hire someone who wants to work for your specific company, not just someone who wants any job.
  • Find the right person. Don’t try to rush the process. Talk to many candidates and determine who will fit in well with your organization and how their personality, along with their experience, will benefit the entire team. If you hire the wrong person it could disturb the entire balance of the team and backfire which can lead to a need to rehire for the position or make other drastic changes.
